PRODUCTION PROCESS OF BLACK CHILI GARLICA

Chili sauce is a familiar dish for every family, making the meal more attractive. GARLICA GARLIC BLACK GARLICA is also very good for health because the composition of black garlic accounts for a large amount of it.

1. Preparation stage:

– Processing machinery and tools must be disinfected, ensuring absolute hygiene and food safety.
– Raw chili, tomatoes is fresh, fresh food with clear origin.

2. Processing phase

– When the mixture reaches the desired consistency, quickly pour the product into clean containers that have been pasteurized first, close the lid as soon as the product is hot.
– Wait until the product cools and precipitates into a thick paste, it will be tested for product quality at health centers, quality and sufficient content will be put into the machine line for bottling.
