1. Production Organization
a. Planting Soil: Located in an area that is eligible for safe vegetable production, it is not affected by pollution sources.
b. Irrigation water: using irrigation water from drilled wells to meet the prescribed standards
c. Fertilizers: use mainly decomposed organic fertilizers, Bio Em 5 in 1 bio-products and fertilizers with clear origin
d. Pest and disease prevention
- Rotate and intercrop other types of vegetables to limit pests and diseases.
- Prioritize the use of manual measures when the density of pests and diseases is low: capture and kill young insects, dispose of sick leaves and destroy them ...
- Use biological pesticides, herbs, chemicals when necessary and ensure the isolation time as prescribed.
e. Traceability of products: The households comply with the information and keep a record of the production process for traceability of products to households.
2. Preliminary processing ang packaging
Vegetable products are classified, pruned clean and packed into plastic bags, net bags, plastic containers, ... to ensure food hygiene and safety.
3. Distribution
Vegetable products are distributed in the market in various forms
+ Merchants buy at the shore
+ Contracts with companies and stores providing consumers
+ Take vegetables to customers, offices, ... according to orders.
4. Product categories
Variety of products is diversified and rich with over 30 types of vegetables, spread evenly throughout the year.
a. Winter-spring crop (November - February): White cabbage, purple cabbage, green cauliflower, white cauliflower, cabbage, mustard, spinach, cabbage, mustard, kohlrabi, mustard, tomato sour, peanut, carrot, mugwort, spice vegetable.
b. Spring-summer crop (February - June): Broccoli, choysum, spinach, cowpea, cucumber, melon, bitter melon, gourd, amaranth, spinach, sweet potato, spinach, squash, artillery , eggplant, mugwort, spice vegetables.
c. Summer-autumn crop (June - August): Broccoli, sweet mustard, cauliflower, spinach, cowpea, cucumber, melon, bitter melon, gourd, zucchini, pumpkin, amaranth, spinach, sweet potato , water spinach, squash, eggplant, eggplant, lettuce, jute vegetables, mugwort, spicy vegetables.
