ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTION
a. Land for planting
Located in the area that is eligible for safe vegetable production, it is not affected by pollution sources, land outside the yard, away from residential areas, and no source of pollution from outside.
b. Irrigation water
Using irrigation water from drilled wells and surface water from the Red River surface to ensure the standards prescribed for irrigation water for agricultural crops to serve the production of safe vegetables in cooperatives.
c. Fertilizer
Only use organic manure, green manure, soybean meal, chicken manure from hatched chicken farms. Use NPK fertilizer according to safe vegetable production process.
d. Pest and disease prevention
- Rotate and intercrop other types of vegetables to limit pests and diseases.
- Prioritize the use of manual methods when the density of pests and diseases is low: Catch and kill young worms, dispose of sick leaves and destroy them, ...
- Using biological plant protection drugs, herbal and chemical medicines needed and ensuring time of isolation according to manufacturer's regulations on medicine product packaging samples.
e. Product traceability process
The producers comply with the information and keep a record of the process of traceability to the household.
PACKING PACKAGE
Vegetable products are preliminarily processed, pruned, cleaned and packed into plastic bags, net bags, plastic containers to ensure food hygiene and safety.
Preliminarily packed into plastic containers, sold to the market in Hanoi and neighboring provinces
PRODUCT CONSUMPTION
- Products distributed in the market in the following forms:
+ Merchants buy at the shore
+ Contracts with companies, stores ang grocery
+ Delivering to customers, agencies, ... according to orders.
+ Sell at the market, the people around Hanoi
